We have developed a gamified employee project and task management platform designed to drive engagement, accountability, and productivity. The solution features support points and a dynamic leaderboard to encourage performance, alongside an intuitive Kanban board that enhances task visibility and overall user experience.

To support agile execution and effective collaboration, the platform includes a structured Daily Work Planning module with dedicated views for Previous, Present, and Next tasks. This approach enables teams to clearly review completed work, focus on current priorities, and plan upcoming activities—making daily stand-ups more structured and outcome-driven. Seamless integration with OpenProject ensures centralized project governance, real-time visibility, and efficient cross-team coordination.
